The first week has come and gone way too fast. We spent most of it trying to adjust to a new schedule, while keeping things as normal for Kiley as possible. She is fighting sleep like crazy, either not napping at all or napping late in the afternoon and wanting to stay up til 11pm. It's been a bit rough, since I would love to nap when the kiddos nap, but we know she is going through an adjustment period. Hopefully in the next few weeks, we can get back on track with her sleep schedule.
We've had a few visitors the past week. Grandpa Joe drove out the morning of Will's birth and made it to the hospital in the evening to meet his grandson.
Babcia and Dziadek also drove out for the weekend to meet the little guy.
Grandma Laurie also stopped by the hospital and our house.
Will spent most of the week snoozing...
catching some sun to clear up his jaundice...
hanging out with big sis...
and being a very happy baby that we all adore so much...
Kiley was her typical goofy self.
She even found some time to do some reading...
On Wednesday, Will's one week birthday, our friends Michelle and Hannah (who will be a big sis herself in June) stopped by. The girls ran around and screaming at the top of their lungs, while Will slept through the whole thing...
and we ended the evening with Mel, who is really awesome and brought us dinner and some yummy cupcakes.
