Happy Thanksgiving!

We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. We have a lot to be thankful for this year, and had a great Thanksgiving weekend in CA.

On Friday, we celebrated with Joey's Uncle Eddie and Aunt Deanna their 50th Wedding Anniversary. We got to catch up with some relatives on the Powell side we don't get to see too often.

Before heading home, Kiley and I met up with our friends, Alicia and Hunter, at the park. The kiddos had fun running around on a beautiful day in sunny So Cal.

It's a BOY!!!

Much to Joey's surprise, we found out today we are expecting a BOY!

Here Comes Santa Claus...

We took Kiley to see Santa today at Lake Las Vegas and to get some pictures for our Christmas card. I spent the past few days talking to Kiley about Santa and telling her what she should ask him to bring her for Christmas. I figured she needed a little help with that so that she wouldn't be disappointed come Christmas morning... :)

When we got there she loved the humongous tree and the water fountains. When the big guy showed up, and I placed her on his lap, she got a little shy. She wouldn't really look at him, and she kept mumbling something under her breath the whole time. Maybe she was asking for all the presents we discussed?

At least she didn't cry. Oh, and she loved the candy cane she got from one of his elves.

Ready for hockey and Disneyland!

We spent Veteran's Day weekend in California going to some hockey games and Disneyland. Kiley had a lot of fun seeing family, friends, hockey and Disneyland!

Today is Kiley's friends, Ryley and Miranda's third birthday!

Kiley had a blast at their birthday party on Sunday bouncing around in the bouncy house and eating yummy cake.
